HavenVolt delivers value-focused renovations designed to help you sell faster or rent better. This programme is built for owners and landlords who want a professional, end-to-end upgrade with clear scope, clean finishing, and a documented handover.

Client-Funded (standard renovation pricing)
HavenVolt-Funded (deferred payment at a higher, fixed price - by approval)
What this programme includes
Property assessment and ROI-led recommendations
Design direction + finish selections (tenant/buyer-friendly)
Full project delivery across trades (MEP, waterproofing, flooring, joinery, finishes)
Timeline and milestones with approvals
Snag close-out and completion pack (photos, checklists, sign-offs)
Optional coordination with licensed real estate / property management partners where required
How the HouseFix-funded option works
Fixed price. Agreed before we start. Paid later.
If approved, HouseFix can fund the renovation and deliver it end-to-end. In return, you choose a higher fixed package price because payment is deferred and we carry more risk.
Key points (simple and clear):
The total price is fixed upfront in the agreement (scope + budget cap included).
There are no late-payment add-ons and no “penalty pricing”.
If the property sells or rents, repayment follows the agreed terms.
If it does not sell or rent within the target window, repayment begins as agreed (see below).
Target window
Repayment happens on the earliest of:
The property is sold, or
The property is rented, or
90 days after practical completion if it has not sold or rented
If it hasn’t sold or rented by 90 days: A pre-agreed repayment schedule begins (for example monthly instalments) at the same fixed price agreed from day one. No added fees for time or delay.

By-approval criteria
We approve properties that are:
In strong-demand locations with realistic sale/rent potential
Legally ready to proceed (clear ownership authority, access, and documentation)
Suitable for value-add renovations (not open-ended structural risk)
Within a defined scope and budget cap we can stand behind
Able to support a clear exit plan (sell or rent)
(Final approval is subject to survey and due diligence.)
